my passwords were not saved on win 10 laptop after update to latest version today

(this is general check, if so, move on) Next, you can try doing : (Win + R), paste: '''%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\''', and press enter. After that you will find a folder named "Old Firefox Data", at which then you could restore your bookmarks. Lastly, to make sure that passwords will continue to save, go to settings, select privacy & security, scroll to logins and passwords, and check the box for "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites"
