I just downloaded this yesterday but how do I know it is running? I’m not sure it went to all my devices like my phone? Does it run on all my browsers?

Hi.

Not clear what you are referring to 'I just downloaded this . . . '

I was told the old Firefox had this as an option you could turn the vpn on and off? I downloaded it also, but I do not see it as an option. Can it be turned on and off? Also don’t see it on my phone, where I thought it would be shared on my devices?

Is there a phone number for customer service ?

The VPN is being rolled out to different localities over time. Maybe your location hasn't got it yet.

"Rolling out to Firefox users

The free built-in VPN is currently rolling out as a beta to Firefox desktop users in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and France, with plans to expand to additional countries coming soon over the next several releases."

The built-in VPN is currently only in desktop Firefox. However a built-in VPN is coming in Firefox for Android perhaps as early as Firefox 153.0?
