If you want to back up your saved usernames and passwords or move them to a different application, the Firefox password management feature allows you to export this data to a .csv (comma separated values) file.

To import it into the brave browser you should ask in the brave support forum
Although that still didn't work in iPad iOS, I gave up and did exactly that in my Linux laptop, transferred it to the Linux Brave there, and synced my Brave and Firefox accounts.
I think it is a "roadblock workaround" solution to iOS being unusable this directly.
It in fact started because of another problem in iOS, a system prompt for passwords that offered choices of Brave and Safari, but not Firefox.
(Specifically, an ISP account and password to use hotspots, which I had saved only in Firefox.)
(Apple doesn't listen, but -- Another reason for me to continue preferring Linux devices over iOS devices.)
There does not seem to be an ability to export passwords from iOS. When I go into Settings —> Passwords, there is no option for export. I don’t really want to do this on a separate computer as the csv is plain text. How does one do this?
