Hello, I hope you can help me. My Dell laptop crashed, I had to restart the laptop with a Microsoft recovery key. When I opened Firefox I had to log in again with my password. Firefox told me that the password was wrong, I am not sure if I typed in the Firefox recovery key as well. I changed my Firefox password. When Firefox opened my bookmarks were gone and I can not find backup file when following the Firefox 'import bookmarks' link in the bookmark bar. Thank you!
