Page Orientation Missing from Print Menu
I want to Print something from the internet in letter format but the menu to select is missing. It's defaulting to landscape.

How about showing the issue in Firefox and also in another browser. Hard to help with something we cannot see. What do you get when printing this page? Just printing this page, I see the option in Linux and Windows. see screenshots
