icon pops up when opening bookmarks

An icon of a fox? pops up briefly when I open my bookmarks. It lasts less than 1 second and then disappears. Is this what should happen?

Since there no screenshot of the issue or how this happens during Firefox start process no one can know what is going on here.

The popup lasts less than one second. It would be impossible to take a screenshot.
