In Firefox, it's possible to store logins, and then assign a Master Password to protect those stored logins. In the newest version of Firefox desktop for Windows (136.0 - 64 bit) - it '''asks for the Master Password twice''', even when only showing a '''blank start tab'''. Normally, it will first asks for the Master Password, when you browse to a website, that has a stored login. Is it a bug or a new security feature?? - anyway, I find it very, very annoying.
