Crashes!! Endless crashes!!
Endless crashes, going on for months (4-5) and no sign of any fixes. As far as I'm concerned, Firefox is totally broken and I'll have to switch away. It's unusable. A crash every ten minutes.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.
- Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A list of Submitted (and Unsubmitted, if any) Crash Reports will appear, similar to the one shown below.
- Copy the 5 most recent Submitted Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.
Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.
(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

No, no help at all. Christ, this has been going on for a year or more, crashes every 15 minutes or so. Two different computers, one Win7 64 bit desktop, one Win10 64 bit laptop. DIFFERENT COMPUTERS> Firefox is utterly unusable. Your crash reports are utterly useless. They are never answered or acted on.
I have to abandon Firefox.
I have already try this when Firefox is slow or crashing (it worked for me) :
Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings If you're having problems with Firefox, refreshing may help by restoring the browser to its default state while saving your essential information, like bookmarks and passwords.
Important: A Firefox refresh removes add-ons and other customizations, such as extensions, extension data, and preference configurations. If you've made accessibility customizations to Firefox, you may need to add them back after refreshing. Consider using Firefox Troubleshoot Mode to diagnose issues before you refresh Firefox.
My guess is this is caused by one of your add-ons.
