connect to sites
For the past two weeks, I have been unable to get to many usual web sites. Just now, it does not connect to my bank, although it did earlier. I cannot get my morning newspaper because it doesn't connect. My work flow is disruptive because I cannot access my usual websites in a timely manner. A few weeks ago, this never happened. What is wrong?

Hi Chip, what kind of message do you get from Firefox when you try to load the site? For example, the site can't be found, the server might be busy, or a connection security error, etc.
You can check the connection settings and check for possible issues with a Proxy or VPN service.
- Settings -> General -> Network: Connection -> Settings
If you do not need to use a Proxy to connect to internet, select "No Proxy" if "Use the system proxy settings" or one of the others do not work properly.
