Easily disable intrusive translation popup

I'm bi-and a half-lingual with ADD. For me the intrusive automatic translation popup is a nightmare. I don't want to tell Firefox on a per language basis that I know that language, or on a per website basis that I don't want to translate that website. Please just make it stop! If I want a translation, then let me press a button to get a translation. Don't push it into my face! This is an accessibility issue. I rely on adblocker to remove similar intrusive content from web sites so I can use the web, but now it's built into the browser itself. This causes unnecessary stress and makes the web less accessible. Please add and easy to find option in the popup to stop it from ever appearing again, for ant language, on any website.
