FF no usable with many websites
It seems more and more websites refuse or deny FF as an acceptable browser. My bank, my electricity provider are just two examples.
Is this being addressed?

You can report these websites using menu ≡ -> Report broken site or on the webcompat.com website.
I don't see any troubleshooting steps. Did you try with Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode? Looks like you're on the home page, this is what I get on the site. see screenshot https://www.pge.com/
Looking at the supported and unsupported browsers, I get the felling that someone is getting donations from you know who. ;-))
