What do you mean lost firefox data? So was the data on their PC or where was it at?

If you still have the computer that has the data, you can use sync or a thumb drive to Copy the data to the new system.

Then nothing can be done here. If there was no sync was set then nothing can be saved. Unless you can get the same motherboard and PS and see if that restore the system otherwise you need to take this to a computer shop to figure how to restore the system back.

The motherboard holds the RAM. It's the hard drive that has the data. If the drive was not damaged, you might be able to recover the data.

Look in the profile that you have for these files. They should have the same date/time. Copy them into the current profile with Firefox closed.
