Thunderbird doent send mails
HI,
Thunderbird doesnt send mails and we are blocked for this issue.
There are two error message, (i will upload both if you ask me).
The nslookup is ok and the configuration is the correct.
We tried all the things that you ask for in the website, (change password included), and still not working.
Please help us.

Hola, Prueba ejecutar el Thunderbird como administrador Prueba deshabilitando temporalmente el Firewall y/o Antivirus en caso de que funcione deberás crear un regla en el Firewall para que el Thunderbird pueda salir a internet. Si continua el problema verifica la configuración de red del Thunderbird: Preferencias->General->Red y espacio de disco->Conexión->Configuración: si tienes proxy en la red deberías configurar los parámetros allí, si no usas puedes probar en "Sin Proxy" o "Autodetectar.."
