Please unlock my account (valid email)
I have been using Firefox sync for many years now. I just got a new computer and when I tried to connect with my account, I received a message saying Firefox has locked my account.
Would you please fix this asap? I use your browser to work and not having my account back would force me to switch to Chromium, which I don't want to. Please note my account and my email address are both legit. Thanks

Hi again! I waited for 48h and I tried again, my account is still locked. Please note the email address associated works so I would really appreciate if someone from the tech support could help me with this :).
More than a week after, I would truly appreciate if someone at Firefox could unlock my account. I still cannot activate my Firefox sync account.
Sorry about the issue. The people answering on the forum are contributors for the most part. To follow up on your issue, do you still have access to the email address you use for Firefox Account? Also, are you perhaps logged in to your Firefox Account on another device?

So I can log on this forum with my account but when I try to synchronize my data via the synchronization option on Firefox, it still says "Sorry, we have blocked your account". My email is legit so I would love if you could unlock it. Thanks!
Your previous screenshot mentioned that our email got returned that's why I ask if you still have access to the email address you use for the account. I'm not able to help unlock your account since I don't have authority to do that and we don't have a way to verify your identity.
The only way to get your account back is getting access through the email you've set for the account.
@Kiki: as I mentioned earlier on the thread, I do have access to the email I have set for the account without any issue. That's why I need you help to get my account back :).
In that case, please create a Bugzilla account and use this link to create a technical request. Feel free tos share the link back to us so we can follow up to the team as well.
@Kiki: it's done. I truly hope they will be able to reactivate my account, I spent a lot of time sharing my issue with the Firefox community.
