To Mist. ARMAN KHAN Thank you for answering. Mean time a succeeded to make Firefox again my standard browser. BUD the next day MICROSOFT do it again and force me to there EDGE than i can no more change as you explain. The only sollution for me was once again to make a retore to a previous date; I finded the possibility in windows 10 to block all updates for max. 35 days, i did it and till now it seem OK bud afther 35 days i have to accept again updates befor i could block onse more this upgrades ! ? so this wil start again. MY BASIC QUESTION REMAINS : CAN I REMOVE DEFINITLY FROM MY PROGRAM THIS EDGE BROWSER ? I road in several cahts that is it not possibel at all because this edge is part of the total windows10 program  ???

its hard to remove the EDGE browser, as its an integrated feature of Windows. But I dont understand why it becomes the default browser when you Update.. once you set firefox as default browser using the below link, i prefer not to restore system to previous because maybe that causes the problem..

finally, my advice...let EDGE stay there... no need to struggle to remove it, nor u have to restore.. once u set firefox as default, then if u dont restore , there wont be problems due to updates..
