How can I stop Firefox from repeatedly, automatically reloading Gmail?
When Gmail is open, Firefox keeps reloading Gmail in new tabs, about every 5 minutes.

I can't think of any good reason for that to be happening. Do you use any add-ons that monitor Gmail (such as new mail notifiers), or could the new tabs be externally driven (i.e., sending a URL to your default browser)?
