Firefox Not Responding after v60 update. v59.0.3 was fine

After FFv60 update. It goes not responding briefly whenever I open a webpage and/or navigating through content heavy webpages. v59.0.3 doesn't have this issue.

Turning off Hardware Acceleration doesn't help.

Same issue. FF V60 Crashes on new tab openings. There is no escape as Win 8.1 system locks up. Previous FF version was stable in comparison.
