I can use internet explore and Google chrome but I can't login to my FedEx account anymore since the latest updates. I need that to print my shipping labels for package returns for my job. This is an emergency I have a short window to return parts back for repair.

Thanks,

Nat Ford

Contact FedEx and let them know.

Is the problem just with Firefox or other browsers also? What happens when you try to log in? Error messages?

The page never loads after I put in my login information the screen stays blank. As far as I can tell it is only affecting my FEDEX account.

And have you tried other browsers?

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

One issue that seems more common lately is Firefox's Tracking Protection feature. When it is blocking content in a page, a shield icon will appear at the left end of the address bar next to the padlock icon. This article has more info on managing this feature: Tracking Protection {web link}

Window explore and google chrome works okay and I don't have that security shield next to the green lock on the URL only an (i) next to the green lock

Firefox 42+ has a Tracking Protection feature that is enabled by default in Private Browsing mode. Firefox shows a shield icon at the left end of the location/address bar in case content is blocked by Tracking Protection.

  • click the shield icon for more information and possibly disable the protection
  • check the Web Console for more detail about what content is blocked
