I am the IT support person here and one of the managers had me setup his Thunderbird account on his new laptop. I have everything configured with the exception of the password. He has the "Remember my password" box selected on his office desktop so he can access his account there, but he doesn't remember what the password is and I cannot complete the setup on his laptop without it.
