I cannot delete emails from thunderbird. The client gives me an error "The current operation on 'inbox' did not succeed. The mailserver for [MYACCOUNT] responded: [TRYCREATE] The requested item could not be found." What does this mean? This is using IMAP FYI.

Steve, log in via web mail and check the trash folder name. Is it exactly the same for that account in Thunderbird?

The trash bin is called "Deleted Items" in the online outlook web mail client compared to the "Trash" folder in Thunderbird. How do I fix this?

Temporarily I have hidden the folder by unsubscribing to it.
