Stop showing metadata

When I forward an email, all of the metadata is displayed at the start of the message. How do I stop this? I'm concerned the recipient will not bother to scroll down to the actual message contents. Thank you!

Try View (Alt-V) - Headers - Normal and try forwarding the message again.
