TB portable 31.6.0: I loose some mail folders when going from a 32bit system (XP & W8.1 32) to a 64bit (Win 7 Pro 64)

I used for several months a TB portable switching without problem from my old XP pro SP3 32bit computer to my W8.1 32bit tablet. My actual TB portable version is the 31.6.0 When I try to run TB portable on my new W7 pro 64bit computer some of the mail folders (and the mails inside them...) do not appear. How can I solve this problem? Thanks Yiannis
