how to convert from v128.6.2 esr(32bit) to v137.0.1 (64bit)

In the past, to update the mail on another computer I simply copied the profile folder. But the new installation is now version 137.0.1 and the profile structure is very different. How do I bring the accounts and all existing mail to my new computer?

This is not the solution for my problem. It is solved via https://kb.mozillazine.org/Moving_your_profile_folder. My old profile is still usable.
