Add-on has been approved but I can't find it when searching

Erik Höglund

I have created and uploaded an add-on which has been verified and tentatively been approved. But when I search for the add-on on the add-on tab it is not available. No matter what keywords I try, not even the full name of the add-on.

How long does it usually take between the approval e-mail and it showing up amongst the Firefox add-ons?

The add-on in question is uTorrentAdderDerivate.

Hope this helps https://discourse.mozilla.org/t/addon-not-showing-in-search/4963/5

Yeah, this explains it. But it is seriously bad of Mozilla not to write that when you select if you want an automatic or manual review. Since it opt-in to automatic review.

Recap, it won't show up in Firefox add-on manager search unless it is manually reviewed.
