Hi,
Sorry to hear that. You can try these standard troubleshooting steps that may resolve the issue:
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon at the left of the address bar.
- If ETP is enabled, try disabling it.
- If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache.
- If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for the website you experience troubles with (warning: you will be logged out on this website).
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. If the problem doesn't persist, please follow the steps from this article to troubleshoot further.
Did it help? Looking forward to your update!

Disabling the ETP did it! Thank you Denys!
I have the same problem. Using Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) is especially important on a website containing sensitive financial information. It seems risky to disable ETP. I always use Firefox and had no problem with Vanguard until recently. The company recommended Edge. Edge works but EVERY time I use it, I'm bombarded by Microsoft popups and intrusive AI strong-arm tactics that hijack my screen, leaving me NO way to exit!! I can't close the popups and I can't click on other open windows. How can I concentrate and get anything done?
Is there another way to access Vanguard without giving up the extra protection of ETP?
