this issue has arisen suddenly over the last month. so i try to load bandcamp and for a few moments i'm able to go from page to page. after a certain short amount of time has passed between me opening the site and using it, just seconds, upon me clicking a link, pages initially appear to load [the refresh button switches to the X icon] before they quickly halt and keep me stuck on the same page. attempting to open a link in a new tab in this state gives a blank page - not showing as about:blank in the url but the intended destination. sometimes when i try to confirm a change on something i have uploaded to the site or try to log in, bandcamp gives an error reading "There was network error. Please try again."

so i originally thought it had something to do with using a VPN; initially i thought it was alleviated when i turned it off but i was wrong, problem soon reappeared. i've actually been using zen browser for a while, so maybe it was localised to that? i switch back to regular firefox and it was there too. troubleshooting mode didn't yield any difference either, so there's no conflict with extensions... clearing all bandcamp site data hasn't worked either, now because of this issue i just can't log back in lol. i ended up testing on a non-firefox browser, microsoft edge, and found that this issue isn't present there. so i'm kind of stumped on how to figure this out by myself now. keep in mind this is the only website that is affected by this issue

This is not a huge issue but it is irksome. Why do the all the bookmarks in the toolbar justify left? Also, there are no UI options in the settings to change the justification. Most browsers center all the bookmarks in the toolbars. Surely this wouldn't be too hard to change, would it?

Not sure if this question should be directed to the Mozilla dev team or 1Password dev team. Who is in charge of implementing the integration of the 1Password extension? It currently doesn't provide same functionality as when implemented in most other common browsers (Chrome, Safari).

No Matter what i do Firefox will NOT connect to techsmith.com i need to update my software it will not let me connect i'm on windows 10 desktop i have been trying for over 4 hrs disabling firewall , proxy's removing exceptions and puttting exemption of this site NOTHING will work i can connect to any other site in world accept this one i am at a complete loss... all my software win10 is up to date PLEASE HELP!

I currently have three distinct browser profiles set up on my work computer (one main personal profile, one work profile and one guest profile), but only my main personal profile is syncing data (bookmarks, extensions, history, etc.) across to my other computer. When I log into my other computer, only my main profile appears and syncs. The other two profiles remain isolated to my work computer and aren't accessible or synced on the second machine. I want all three profiles to be available and fully synced across both of my computers so that their bookmarks and settings are mirrored everywhere.

Is it possible to have multiple profiles sync across devices simultaneously under the same account? If so, how can I properly link or set up the remaining two profiles so they sync across both computers without messing up my main profile?

You installed without my permission the Microsoft web app. That is spyware that has cost you this user. I will uninstall Firefox, tell everyone I know what you 'security-minded' liars are really doing to us. I belong to a gaming club with hundreds of members and by tonight they will all know not to trust Firefox. You really have some nerve teaming up with that nasty organization. Before this day is out all my contacts on all my social media sites will know what you are doing. I have a $3,000 rig that you jeopardized.

How do I make "other bookmarks" show up on the bookmarks menu? (Not the toolbar, thanks).

Basically for me, the bookmarks toolbar is just too much valuable real estate in the window. I keep it turned off. Until a year or two ago I could access "other bookmarks" in the bookmarks menu -- in fact I still can at my wife's home computer. (Oddly, she keeps the bookmarks toolbar turned on, so if I needed to get to other bookmarks at home it wouldn't be much trouble anyway.) I've hunted around on the internet and found nothing but advice on how to use "other bookmarks" on the toolbar, which is what I'm trying to avoid. A helpful AI (hahahahaha) suggested that turning the "OB" off on the toolbar would leave me "still" able to access them on the menu, but that didn't change anything on the menu.

When I select text on my Fiverr account, it automatically reads the text aloud. This only happens on Fiverr. For example, when I click on the Fiverr Inbox, it says “Inbox” aloud. I want to disable/block this audio feature. Could you please help me turn it off?**

I run normal firefox on linux. Fully up-to-date. Every time I quit the app, it reverts to a version of my profile from a month ago, and loads all the tabs I had open then, and then receives all the tabs that I sent to the device in the interim (~1 month). As I speak, it just caught the 60 or 70 tabs in this window.

I tried changing the name of my profile folder to randomstring.defaultOLD and changed one of the backups to randomstring.default. This didn't change the behavior. I'm still stuck in the loop. I saved my tabs with onetab, because firefox isn't remembering my session anymore. I thought it was something to do with updates, like it only loses its mind upon updates, but that's not true. It thinks it's updating firefox EVERY TIME, because the one time it's loading to 1 month ago it was updating, but I'm 100% sure there are no updates to firefox in my linux. It's just hallucinating.

The articles on restoring from backup are outdated. They say to use an html file. There is no html file. It's just folders for profiles, not html files. HELP!

i am experiencing an issue with firefox where backup (Firefox Backup) is not working since version 148.0

problem: - when I try to create a backup, i get the error: “Hmm, there was a problem with the backup. Please try again in a few minutes.”

what I have already tried: - enabled and disabled backup password - changed the backup folder/location - cleared browser cache - tested across multiple updates (issue persists)

- backup is enabled, but I cannot create one - the error occurs every time - restarting the browser and system did not help
