I have been trying to login to my American Express and the login just cycles back to the login in screen again. I finally went to Edge and the login worked there and I was able to do what I need to. I went back to Firefox and tried to login in there and it process has not change. It still cycled back to the login screen. Is it a Firefox problem or American Express problem? I think it is a problem with Firefox.

Make sure you are not blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
