When using a third party program, QuickBooks, Safe, something similar, I am no longer allowed to preview the email before it is sent through Thunderbird. How can I change this feature?

The recent MAPI issues can be resolved by following these instructions. See if that fixes the preview problem (report back if it doesn't).
