We see the following error message when email is sent: There was a problem including the file file:///C:/DOCUME~1/Ray/LOCALS~1/Temp/nsemail.html in the message. Would you like to continue sending the message without this file?

The email arrives with no content and sometimes is not present in the sent folder.

What anti-virus are you using? This is a common symptom of anti-virus interference.

Avast v10.3.2225 current version. This issue seemed to appear after one of the later updates to Thunderbird was installed. Window Xp Pro is the os. I know it is not supported by the manufacture any longer.
