When I have a message, I want to select to either include it or not in my answer. Currently, we can select this option globally only and not on a message basis

Kind regards JP

Reply with Email, Reply without email could be "Read".

It is possible to create a folder for replied to not with email if you wanted. For example, when you open the email you can put it in the folder when you have not replied with email.

A filter would apply to all email unless otherwise specified. But you can create a filter that you run manually at then end of the work day to put all the email with the status of Read in a folder named "Not email" or a title to your liking.

Hi JPCharen,

Thank you for your question, however it is a little confusing. I do not understand completely what you are trying to accomplish. However if you are trying to not answer an email, you do not have to. If you would like to perform an action on an email without opening the message, you can right click on the message and select Archive. (or any other action item listed in the right click menu)

When you receive a message if you would like to choose an action to happen to emails you can create a filter as well.

I hope this helps.

Hello

Thank you for looking at my question. I will refine my question.

I have receive an email and I want to answer it. Based on the account parameter, you can define if you want the email to be added to your answer or not. This option is valid at the account level for ALL your answers. I want to know if there is a way to decide to add the original email at the answer level. For example, Reply with Email or Reply without Email.

Kind regards

Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail". You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.
