How can I export a list of installed plugins and extensions to a text file?

As part of a system information collection procedure, I need to be able to, via a batch file, export a list of all installed plugins and extensions that are on the system for Firefox (and preferably version and whether enabled or not).

Is there a way to do this? This would be happening on Win XP and up workstations and Win2k3 and up servers.

Try Extension List Dumper, that is probably as close as you can get.
