Firefox backing up as a docx file??

I pressed the backup button to backup my firefox stuff before switching to linux, and now that im on linux the file i was given a docx file, is completely unusable to restore anything, meaning that about a dozen of my accounts are completely lost, I did not do anything to the "backup" file besides put it into my google drive.

Hi,

What do you mean by "completely unusable to restore anything"? What happens when you try to restore from this file?
