Move cog (settings) icon in the sidebar to the bottom

The cog icon in the side bar used to be on the bottom by default. After the latest Firefox update, that icon moved to the top, just below the bookmarks icon (see attached image). Is there a way to move it to the bottom again,such as through a custom code in the userChrome.css? Thanks!

Right, it was an unwanted change and it will be fixed.
