Are you referring to the page translation feature or the language availability of the product itself?

yes, I am referring to the feature of "Translate page".

I noticed only Chinese (Simplified) exist currently, but Chinese (Traditional) was not

Firefox translate feature doesn't currently support Traditional Chinese as per https://www.firefox.com/features/translate/. You may want to vote on the this idea in our feedback request platform, Mozilla Connect.
