First of all, if you really want to help people, then offer phone or at least chat support -- not bots!

Second, I just uninstalled Firefox for the second time because of problems with connectivity and installing bookmarks

The first time was a problem with the bookmarks and again I had a problem, not with installing them but installing too many -- each imported bookmark installed seven times!

Also, I was having problems loading pages.

You really think people want to spend days rummaging through FAQs to find an answer? You need to provide some good support if you want to survive.

Are you importing your bookmarks from a saved Firefox profile or from a saved bookmarks export?

I've tried importing and using an html file. The last time I imported and I got multiples of every bookmark and I have a lot to begin with.
