Firefox using different timezone than the host OS (OSX)

My browser's javascript engine is showing a different time zone than the host OS, OSX in this case. Currently the OS is configured as Central Standard Time (CST), but Firefox is showing Central Daylight Time (CDT).

I cant find where to correct the timezone within Firefox

This should be fixed in Firefox 119 (Bug 1856428).
