Quale versioni avevi prima? e Quale hai adesso? Si è trattato di un aggiornamento automatico o manuale? Avevi account di tipo POP3 o IMAP? Intanto fa subito un backup del profilo -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/profili-thunderbird#w_effettuare-una-copia-di-sicurezza-del-profilo
