Trying to install Firefox on Samsung Devices. Tried 2 different devices and getting an Error 505. Other apps are installing fine so it does not appear to be a Google Play Store issue. I have cleared cache and data, tried wifi and data, restarted devices and even uninstalled Google Play Store updates. Please help...

The install process is the Google Play app. Mozilla can only provide basic suggestions for users with Play Store issues. Google provides troubleshooting steps at https://support.google.com/googleplay/troubleshooter/6241347

Google provides a US phone number for Play Store support https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/6179357

If neither of those work then create a forum post on the Google Play support forum at https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!newtopic/play stating that you are getting a 505 error installing an app
