When I receive email with a large attachment, why does the same file keep downloading dozen of times even when I've deleted it off my mail server?
Occassionally when I receive an email with a large file attachment, the same email continues to download dozens of times and blocks the remaining emails behind it from downloading. I have deleted the problem email off my provider (frontier mail) but it still keeps repeating. What is a solution?

turn of incoming email scanning in your anti virus is the usual effective solution.
