How to report an illegal image found on search results page?

While performing a search query (for an image of the words, "Guilty child" for a Grief and Loss class, I came across an illegal photograph involving a child and need to know how to report this to whoever handles these types of issues. I am NOT going to click on the image, but I would like to be certain that it is removed from the internet. Your time, effort, and information would be greatly appreciated.
