Has anyone had the problem where they are not able to get into their Thunderbird email account?

When I try to go into my email account it comes up that "Thunderbird had a problem and crashed". I am not able to go into my email account unless I go to my internet provider.

have you tried reinstalling? Or holding shift while you start to enter safe mode?
