hhow can i stored my cync data if i lose it suddenly,idont knew wat exactly happend,up til now i sign in with cync account ;i press cycn and nothing happend
for some reasons i set up an new win and after i set up my sync account nothing change in the browser like i didn't sync ; i don't know did i loose my data or i cloud found it on the Firefox cloud and how can i got it while my account is not sync , note i already use the sync feature with this account to transfer my data before , is there any way to catch my data account

Hi eslam13, I understand that you have attached a sync account and nothing has happened. Just to clarify, in the past you have removed the account, but did you add it to the same computer?
Do you have a copy of the profile folder locally from the last sync?
