I thank you for your reply, but I'm not a Tech person so really don't understand 95% of what was sent. Needs to be put in "laymans" terms for the average person to understand it.

I'd say the "laymans term" is that it's an obscure bug (affects some people but not others) that they are very aware of and are working hard to fix.
