If you're referring to the attached image, that's the Start Page, which can be turned off at <Settings | General | Thunderbird Start Page>.

Thank you for your donation. It's greatly appreciated. The program has no way of knowing whether you have donated or not, so you may still see an occasional request, especially when updating. You can just ignore those messages.
