Dear Thunderbird Support Team,

I am experiencing a serious issue with my Thunderbird mailbox. Previously, I had several folders (including ones containing invoices), but now they have completely disappeared. I cannot find any of my old invoice folders or archived messages.

Could you please check what might have caused this issue? I need to recover the missing folders and emails as soon as possible. The missing folders include important archives with invoices. Please advise me on how I can restore or recover these folders.
