didn't work
Please explain how you lost your data. What about the rest of your profile? Settings, bookmarks, history, passwords . . . .
Try rebooting your system.
Sometimes when the browser thinks there is a problem with the profile, it will create a new one.
Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder
called; Old Firefox? Look inside.
Look for the folder with the latest creation date.

i changed my password 2 times.
didn't know that will make my sync lost . can i recover my bookmarks
Hi
Unless you have them stored in another copy of Firefox, it will not be possible to recover them.
why it's not ? there is important taps and bookmarks . i need help
Firefox Sync is not an online backup - it is designed to sync bookmarks and user credentials between copies of Firefox.
If you change your Firefox Account password, data that is being synced is cleared to prevent it from being accessed by a third party that may be changing your password without your knowledge.
i understand that but is there any way to restore the cleared data it's important to me and i didn't know that changing password cleared the data
Unless you have a backup of your Firefox profile (or the bookmarks) or have them on another copy of Firefox, it will not be possible to restore them.
firefox freeze when i press on home page or when i try to search on something in many sites
Is this about bookmarks stored on the Firefox Account Sync server ?
Did you possibly reset the password of the Sync account because you forgot the password?
Resetting the password for the Firefox Account will remove all data stored on the Sync server because this password is used to encrypt your data before it is uploaded to the Sync server and only this password can decrypt this data.
no. i have another problem
firefox freeze when i press on home page or when i try to search on something in many sites
