Cut & Paste not woking in V.24 after reset

I was having problems getting Flash to work so I reset Firefox to default settings but now cut & paste doesn't work.

I can cut and paste using ctrl+c etc but not with right click.

I have tried changing dom.event.clipboardevents.enabled to disabled but that does nothing also.

The problem onlt effects some sites, not all.

Any suggestions please?

If you use extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) that can block content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Flash Block, Ghostery) then make sure that such extensions aren't blocking content.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

I have already reset Firefox to resolve Flash issues, but I checked again in Safe mode and it makes no difference I'm afraid..

I seem to remember having this problem some time agao and resolved it by changing permissions in Firefox but no luck with the change I made above..

Anyone got any more suggestions please..
