Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Hi!

It seems that something is interfering with your browser and as you say, it doesn't allow you to move to other tabs.

My recommendation is to restart your browser in Safe Mode to see if that fix the issue. Learn how in this article: Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox

If that works, you may want to try to Reset your Firefox: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
