when filling out forms , the drop down menu of choices will not sta down . the next questiion below this one is a prime example . it says " this happened " i can not hold this down to make a choice

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
