How to fix bookmark tool bar will not show imported bookmarks after importing bookmarks multiple times?

New install of Zorin OS 18 and new install of Firefox 152 resulted in not displaying bookmark tool bar with the imported bookmarks. Tried adding a new bookmark which displayed after the import bookmarks icon but none of the old ones. Tried to import from HTML that reported done, I closed and reopened Firefox and the same toolbar display. Is this something with Zorin or Firefox?
